Round 1: Technical Phone Screen

• Process: One technical phone interview.
• Problem: LeetCode 295 (Find Median from Data Stream using two heaps).
• Follow-up 1: Optimize if data range is small (discussed approach and pseudocode).
• Follow-up 2: Find k-th smallest instead of median (discussed approach, ran out of time).
• Focus: Dry run and complexity analysis. Slightly overtime, no Q&A.

Round 1: Behavioral Interview

• Process: Separate behavioral round on the same day.
• Topics: Handling changing priorities and describing team role.
• Focus: No resume questions. Interviewer switched to Chinese briefly during Q&A.
