Onsite

• Process: AI-assisted coding interviews

Round 1: Coding

• Interviewers: 2 engineers
• Problem: Kitchen workflow simulation (4-5 subquestions)
• Focus: Minimal manual coding, heavy AI usage

Round 2: Coding

• Interviewers: 2 engineers
• Problem: Maze-related algorithm
• Focus: Hybrid approach - described algorithms manually then used AI (switched from Claude to GPT due to limits)
• Note: Interview platform evolved between rounds (gained Codex capabilities)
