Round 1: Technical Phone Screen

• Process: Started with SQL/Pandas questions followed by a statistics problem.
• Problem:
  • Context: Testing coupons to encourage Lyft usage for commuting.
  • Scenario: N commuters with 2 daily trips (to work and back home).
  • Probability of choosing Lyft for each trip: p (where p < ½).
• Focus: Statistical reasoning and data manipulation skills.

Note: The round focused on practical application of statistics in a business context.
