Round 1: Phone Screen

• Process: A 1-hour phone screen with a technical focus.
• Topics/Problem: Behavioral questions included challenges at work, reasons for leaving the current company, and scope changes. Coding problem was 'Number of Islands' (LeetCode 200).
• Focus/Signals: Implemented DFS solution, discussed time and space complexity, and ran test cases successfully.
