Interview Stages

First Round: Technical Interview

• Process: Three rounds with interviewers from the same team.
• Topics/Problem:
  • Coding: Implement LRU cache.
  • System Design: Two rounds focused on designing small modules (derived from actual team work, not traditional system design).
• Focus/Signals: The hiring manager emphasized resume evaluation to determine level.

Outcome: Passed all rounds, but team only had openings for higher level (2-2) while I was leveled at 2-1.
